DELIVERY LEAD TIMES:

General Delivery Timeframes:
Delivery estimates vary by product. While we provide standard delivery times as a guide, actual delivery can vary due to manufacturing schedules or unforeseen delays.Feel free to contact us at any time to check the status of your order.For larger items, we typically deliver within four to eight weeks, depending on production times. Smaller items usually ship within one to four weeks.

1.a) Dispatch Dates:
Please note that dispatch dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur, so please be prepared for adjustments to your delivery timeline.

Brexit/Covid-19 Pandemic: We are not responsible for delays caused by border control. Once an order has been dispatched from its country of origin, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

1.b) Assembly & Installation:
Our delivery service includes delivery to the ground floor front door of your building only and does not cover assembly or unpacking.

1.c) International Shipping:
International shipments may incur customs fees, for which the customer is responsible. Please check with your local customs office before ordering. We offer discounts on large international orders when applicable.

We are not responsible for the return of goods or import penalties due to customs delays. Larger items are shipped via sea to ensure their protection and minimize damage.

1.d) Factory Locations:
Manorique is based in the PL, with manufacturing partners located internationally. Your products will most likely be shipped from one of our international factories.

OUR LIABILITY:

If you receive incorrect, damaged, or defective goods, or the wrong quantity, we must be notified in writing within 2 days of receipt. We are not liable for any issues reported after this period, nor are we responsible for defects caused by customer negligence or third-party actions.

OUR REFUND POLICY:

If you wish to return a non-sale order, please contact us in writing within 14 days of receipt. Returns must be in unused condition and sent back within 14 days after notifying us, along with your reference number.The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring goods are returned safely. Refunds will not be issued for goods that arrive damaged due to improper packaging or handling. Once we receive the items in their original condition, we will process your refund within 14 days.Items that are made-to-order, bespoke, or have been assembled from flat-packed condition cannot be returned unless they are faulty. This includes items where specific attributes like color, size, or material have been chosen by the customer.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

You have 48 hours after placing an order to cancel and request a refund. If the item has already been dispatched, you must accept delivery or refuse it to initiate a return under our policies.Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or returned unless they are defective. Please check whether your item is considered made-to-order before purchasing.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

Please ensure that any items not collected from your courier or postal office, and which are notified to you, are collected promptly. If these items are returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
