RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS:

Return Policy at Manorique:

If you change your mind about a non-sale order, you must contact us in writing to request a refund within 14 days of receiving the items. Upon receipt of your written notification, we require the items to be returned in unused condition within 14 days, along with your reference number.

This policy does not affect cancellations or your statutory rights.

Please note that bespoke furniture, special orders, flat-packed items that have been assembled, made-to-order items, and personalized items can only be returned or exchanged if they are faulty. Once an item has been shipped from its origin country, you cannot cancel the order or request a refund.

Special offer or ex-display items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

*Made-to-order items include furniture and lighting pieces where you select the color, size, fabric, or material finish.

All of our handmade art pieces are made to order.

We strive to deliver your goods in perfect condition. Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives. If the goods are faulty or damaged, notify us within 48 hours so we can address the issue. We are not responsible for any damage reported after this period. For any claims of damaged or faulty goods, we require photos of both the interior and exterior packaging, the damaged items, and a written description of the damage to assist you effectively.

For self-assembly products, it is crucial to follow all instructions carefully, as we are not liable for damage resulting from incorrect installation. Ensure all parts are present before starting assembly.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and must ensure they reach the warehouse of origin safely. Please return items in their original packaging. We strongly recommend obtaining a proof of postage certificate and appropriate insurance to cover loss or damage.

No refunds will be issued for items damaged due to poor packaging during return. Use the original packaging provided.

If you return items that arrived damaged, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, but we will reimburse the value of the damaged items after inspection, not including postage costs.

In the event of receiving damaged goods, our initial response will be to provide a replacement or repair. If neither is possible, we will proceed with a refund.

Returns must be sent to the specified returns address provided by us. Returns to any other address will invalidate the returns process, making you liable for any consequences.

Order Cancellation

You have 48 hours after placing an order to change your mind and request a refund.

If the item is dispatched within these 48 hours, you forfeit your right to cancel the order.

Orders that include made-to-order items are non-cancellable and non-returnable unless faulty.

We do not accept order cancellations or apply retroactive discounts solely for the purpose of implementing discounts.
